ECE Students Help School Welcome VIP Guests

The School of Engineering welcomed at its April 5 reception many New Mexicans who have helped make its new Centennial Engineering Center more than just a dream.	Prof. Marvin Daniel, center, joined two of his students, Ryan Martin, right, and Frank Hemingway, as they listened to the event's speakers.
Presenting senior projects are, left to right, David Steele, Lynette Bates and Nathan Herrera. David worked with Peter Knee on a project titled "Device for Communication Over an Ethernet Connection," which is sponsored by Sandia National Labs. Lynette and Nathan worked with fellow students Felix Sauceda and Matthew Altman on their project titled "Taekwondo Training and Measurement Device."	Robert Lopez, left, Mike Majedi, center, and Joshua Simplicio displayed an array of robotics projects from the Intelligent Distributed Multiagent Robotic Systems Lab.
